This wine is obtained through the vinification of the grapes of a vineyard in tha area "San Michele". The good southern exposure and the height of 400 mt.above sea level create a particularly appropriate microclimate for the production of quality grapes. A special element of this area is the considerable thermal contrast between day and night in the last phase of grapes ripening. The short yeld per hectare, the implantation age, and the clonals varrietes of verdicchio create the ideal conditions for the production of this "cru". Alcohol content : 13,5% vol.
