The wines in a menu
Of a fine consistent straw yellow colour with greenish nuances.
On the nose it expresses the vineyard and the land with its fruit and grass notes.
An easy drinking wine full of character and freshness it is very good with sea food, white meat, cold meat appetizers, as well as rustic food. It combines well with local dishes, such as stuffed olives from the province of Ascoli "olive ascolane", calcioni (a kind of cheese cake), omelettes with spring greens and many other dishes, too.
