1) ONLINE PAYMENTS

We accept VISA , MASERCARD , AMERICAN EXPRESS and PRE-PAYED CREDIT CARD like ITALIAN POSTEPAY. Payments ara made through Paypal Secure Server with SSL protocol (128 bit ) .  We will never know credit card data : your data are processed only by Paypal. PayPal allows you to protect your credi card informations thanks to innovative security systems and systems to prevent fraud . It's not necessary a paypal account.

1a) Credit Card Payments without a Paypal Account

Following instructions will show hot to pay with credit card without a paypal account. In step 3 of  purchase procedure you need to select the option "credit card on paypal network" like in following image.

When you are on paypal page ( see following imag ), you must browse in the left of the page where you can read "don't have a paypal account? You can use your credit card" , then click into "next" button and then put your credit card number. In Paypal site data transfer is secure thanks to SSL protocol : you can recognize it by https:// address

We will ship your products after we receive payment notification from paypal.

1b) Payments with a Paypal account

For pay with a paypal account , in step 3 of purchase procedure , you have to select the option "Credit Card on Paypal Network".

In Paypal site you must browse on the right where is written paypal login ( see next image ) and then let's pay like usual paypal iter. Products will be shipped after we receive payment notification from paypal.

2) Payment via bank transfer

A copy of bank payment receipt must be sent via mail to this address : info[at]guida-vino.com . Ordered products will be shipped after we receive payment charge in our account.

Our products are shipped by express Courier TNT or GLS , properly packaged and insured against breakage and lost.

Since retrieval of goods directly from producers ( after we receive payment notification ) , products will be delivered in 2 days in Italy and in within 3-7 days in other countries. Times of delivery are indicative and Guida-vino.com is not responsible for delays due to reasons of force majeure.

Just goods are shipped , you will receive an e-mail confirmation and your tracking number. The price of shipping varies depending on destination and weight of the goods ordered and are calculated automatically in the purchase process for UE Countries. If you want to sent goods from Extra-UE Countries contact us for shipping .

Note : we do not ship out of Italy goods subjected to excise duties ( wines and spirits in countries where this goods are subjected to excise duties ).

Delivery by Courier takes place during normal working hours, so you must indicate an address where someone can receive the consignment and a telephone number to enable the courier service or our customers to contact you.

In the case of "no surrender", the courier will leave a notice indicating with a new date and time for the second attempt at delivery. You can also pick up the goods in the nearest courier headquartier.

Attention to verify that the number of packages delivered by courier is the same as those mentioned on our document delivery and on the carrier, and attention to verify the physical condition of the packaging.

In the event that a possible problem of integrity, write the signature of specific reserves in the document delivery vector (eg, accepted subject to: crushed packages, missing packages, packing damaged, wet cardboard etc ...). Only by following this procedures, Guida Vino SAS will pay the cost of replacement and new shipping.

1) Come accedere al catalogo dei vini e dei prodotti tipici ? Puoi accedere al catalogo sia mediante il link "catalogo" presente nel menù in alto a sinistra sopra l'immagine principale ( passando con il mouse sopra la scritta catalogo , se il tuo browser ha abilitato i javascript vedrai le sottocategorie presenti all'interno del catalogo ) , sia mediante il menù ad albero in alto a sinistra sotto l'immagine principale.

2) Come aggiungere prodotti al carrello ? Una volta scelto un prodotto di tuo interesse , cliccando sul pulsante "aggiungi al carrello" questo verrà aggiunto ad una lista di prodotti denominata "carrello" e verrai indirizzato ad una pagina che riepiloga i prodotti da te aggiunti.

3) Se aggiungo un prodotto al carrello , comporta un impegno ad acquistare ? Assolutamente no : puoi liberamente aggiungere e togliere prodotti dal carrello senza che questo comporti alcun impegno ; si tratta solo di un promemoria dei prodotti che vorresti acquistare e l'acquisto diventa definitivo solo dopo aver cliccato su "passa alla cassa" ed aver scelto modalità di spedizione , indirizzo di spedizione e modalità di pagamento ( procedura di check-out ) . Non c'è quindi alcun rischio che aggiungendo il prodotto al carrello venga inviato un ordine inavvertitamente.

4) Ho abbandonato il carrello per continuare a navigare. Come ritorno di nuovo al carrello ? Oltre alla pagina di riepilogo del carrello , un mini riepilogo dei prodotti da te aggiunti è riportato nel riquadro centrale sotto l'immagine header , riconoscibile per una icona blu raffigurante un carrello e la scritta "Carrello degli acquisti su Guida-vino.com".  Se abbandoni la pagina del carrello per continuare la navigazione , puoi tornare al carrello in qualsiasi momento cliccando sull'icona.

5) Come posso eliminare prodotti dal carrello ? Nella pagina di riepilogo del carrello puoi aggiungere o togliere quantità dei prodotti che ti interessano o eliminare i prodotti che non ti interessano più mediante gli appositi bottoni . Il totale della merce a carrello viene aggiornato automaticamente.
